**Korea-Japan Friendship Vascular Access Conference 2024**

We had the honor of welcoming directors who operate the first vascular access treatment clinic in South Korea. These distinguished doctors are at the forefront of vascular access therapy, performing state-of-the-art surgeries and PTA procedures. Over the course of two days, we engaged in invaluable exchanges of ideas through surgical and PTA case presentations.
